Meetings that land in your knowledge

A meeting produces decisions and actions, and most of them are forgotten by the next one. Aimable Capture joins the call on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom, writes the notes and the actions into a collection of the Space, and the meeting becomes something your team can ask questions of, like any other knowledge. Personal data is handled the way the rules of the Space say, and the log shows who asked what.

Capture is one source among many. Switch the microphone off and the platform keeps working, because the documents, data, rights and rules underneath are still there.
