Start with one process. See within weeks how much faster it runs with AI.

The Aimable Platform is the foundation. Our own engineers find the first process with you, build it with the people who do that work, and get as fast as we can to the moment they say: this actually helps me. Not sure where to start? That is the first thing we help you with.

We'll help identify that first process

We think from your business back.

We start with one team and one process that they run every week: the memo that takes days, the questions that always land with the same colleague, the check that everyone does by hand. Our engineers work out what the result has to be, which documents and data the process needs, and which systems to connect. Then we build a screen for exactly that work, with the people who do it.

A general chat box asks your people to work out how to use AI. A screen built for their job simply helps them do it.

From first conversation to live, in weeks.

  1. 1

    A first conversation

You come with the question every company has: how do we start with AI, safely, in a way that people notice helps them from the first week? You do not need to bring a process. Finding the first one is what we do in that conversation, and you leave with a starting point either way.

  2. 2

    Week one: understand the work

We sit with the people who run the process, gather the documents and data it depends on, and connect the systems it lives in. Most companies already have what the AI needs: the handbook, the guidelines, the rules, the history. Nobody could ever hold all of it in their head at once.

  3. 3

Week two: three rounds with the people who will use it

Monday, a first version of the screen and the process behind it. Your people try it, we take the feedback home the same day. Wednesday, the second round. Friday, the third. That is how a screen ends up fitting the person who works with it.

  4. 4

Live with the first use case, and ready for the next one

The first use case goes into production. The second reuses what the first one built, the third goes faster again. Once two or three run, people start bringing their own ideas, and that is when AI starts growing in your company by itself.

The foundation is ready on day one.

We deploy Aimable Platform with your knowledge sources connected, rules per team on who may see what, any AI you choose including an open-source one for sensitive work, a log of everything, hosted in the EU. Every use case lands on that same foundation, so the second one starts where the first one ended.

Your people are trained on what we build. Along the way we take your team with us and grow their AI literacy, so that over time you speed up the next processes and use cases with Aimable yourselves.

Three things we are not, so you know what you buy.

  1. An agency

Long projects, presentations back and forth, approvals before anything runs. We do not believe in that any more. We are a software company and an implementation team in one: the Platform holds the building blocks, our engineers shape them to your process in short rounds, and every use case makes the Platform stronger for the next one, yours included.

  2. An AI gateway

Developer tooling is for developers. Our customer runs a company and wants the work done.

  3. One-size-fits-all software

Most business software is built for the average of everyone, so it is never quite right for anyone. With AI, software can finally fit one company, one team, even one person, and be built in days. That is what we build.

Have your own developers or AI team? We take them along.

We believe every company should become a self-improving organisation: one that builds its own next use case. So we start, we show how it is done, and your own team builds on the Aimable Platform from there, with our engineers beside them for as long as that helps.

Shall we work out how that looks for your team?

Which process would you start with?

You do not need the answer yet. One conversation is usually enough to find it, and within weeks the people who do that work are working with it.
