Aimable inside Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

A side panel that connects to your Space, your Collections, and your policies. Restricted work runs on a local model, so sensitive documents stay inside your environment.

One add-in. Three familiar apps.

Pick an app. The panel looks up the right Collection, runs on the model your Space allows, and drafts a result you can drop straight into the document.

Sensitive documents never reach a public model

The add-in does not strip names out of your text. It does something simpler. When a Space is marked restricted, the whole request runs on a strong open-weight model inside your own environment. Nothing is sent away, so there is nothing to redact.

    Inside the document

Draft a follow-up for Jan Dijkstra at ING Nederland about the €2.4M renewal.

    Routed by policy

The Space is marked restricted, so the request goes to the local model. No public cloud model is called.

    The local model answers

Here is a short follow-up to Jan Dijkstra at ING Nederland confirming the €2.4M renewal.

    Back in your document

The names, the amount, and the source Collection stayed inside your environment the whole time.

    Where the request runs
    Local model, your environment

An open-weight model on hardware you control. Restricted Spaces route here.

    Public cloud model

Never receives the prompt, the document, or the Collection from a restricted Space.

The policy on the Space decides which model sees the request. Same panel, same document, different lane.

    Yours, not theirs

What the generic add-ins can't do

Anthropic ships a set of Office add-ins. Useful, but generic. Ours know your Spaces, your Collections, and the policies you already use.

What people already use them for

Three apps, three rhythms of work. The panel is the same. The context changes to fit.

    Word

    Grounded drafting

    • Pull the intro paragraph from your audit Collection.
    • Rewrite a section to match your house style.
    • Insert citations from the source documents.
    Excel

    Policy-aware scoring

    • Score each row against a policy Collection.
    • Flag outliers with a short reason.
    • Fill a column without touching the rest of the sheet.
    PowerPoint

    Structured summaries

    • Turn a board memo into three slides.
    • Pull numbers from the source deck, with citations.
    • Keep the look. Change only the content.
    How it works

    Three moving parts, nothing more

The add-in is a thin client. The thinking happens on the Aimable Platform.

    01

    Sign in with your Space

The panel inherits the Space you already use. Same members, same Collections, same policies.

    02

    Ask or select

Type a prompt, or highlight text in the document. The panel picks the right Collection, and the Space policy picks the model.

    03

    Review and insert

Check the answer and its citations. Drop it into the document when you're ready. Every step is logged.

    Early access for design partners

The add-ins are early. The personal data redaction from the web app is not in them yet, which is why restricted Spaces route to a local model instead. We ship to design partners first, tune against real work, and only then make them broadly available. Want to help shape this?

Bring Aimable into Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Book a demo or tell us which apps your team lives in, and which Spaces need to stay local. We'll set up a preview in your tenant.
