Aimable inside Word and Excel
The documents your team works in are Word and Excel, and that is where the AI should be. Word and Excel get an Aimable pane with the same Space, the same collections and the same protection of sensitive data as the Workbench. In Excel it answers with the cells it used. In Word the memo is written in your own template, with the sources attached.
Your administrator installs it once for everyone and ties it to a Space, so nobody has to choose one.
